FRESHMAN/SOPHOMORE Comprehensive High School Package: $10,200 (paid in 3 installments $4080, $4080, $2040):

Unlimited hours until May of Senior year, counselor begins as early as 9th grade to plan out the years of high school, create enrichment program opportunities, and complete the college admission process. (average no. of hours per student is 75 hours)

JUNIOR College Preparation Package (Grade 11-12) - $7,200 (paid in 2 installments, $3,600, $3,600):

Unlimited hours until May of Senior year, counselor begins in grade 11 or 12 to help student create college list, prepare college essays, review testing requirements, structure activity sheet, and complete college applications. (average no. of hours per student is 55 hours)

SENIOR Essays - $3,100:

Counselor works with students on college essays only, and not on the college list or overall college strategy (does not include UC PIQ’s)

SENIOR Application CheckUp - $500 for first school, $250 each additional school:

Counselor reviews ONLY the completed application of student and makes recommendations and gives feedback report.

SENIOR Rush Package - $5,200:

Up to 20 hours until January 15, start date in Senior year (September or later), deadlines must be at least one month away

SENIOR Emergency - $2,200

Deadlines are less than one month away. Fee is from start date to deadline.

Packages

MONTHLY:

College counseling/Educational consulting by the month: $2,200/30 days (by phone, email, zoom), billed every 30 days. Payment made in advance for one month of college counseling (with a cap limit of 10 total contact hours)

Other fees:

Mindfulness Practice: $200/session
Teen Life Coaching: $250/coaching hour
Mock Interviews: $250 per interview and debrief
College Campus Tours/Itinerary : call to discuss details (on pause due to COVID)

HOURLY:

College counseling/Educational consulting/Test Prep by the hour: $300/hour (by phone, email, or in person), billed monthly in advance.

SENIOR Surge – $500 per hour – Applications due in 5 days or less before a deadline, or counseling requested during USA holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) – we encourage students to complete work before deadlines to avoid this option

Format

—An initial no-fee 20-30 minute consultation is available by phone/whatsapp/zoom to discuss services, goals, and expectations with parents/guardians followed up by a student call.

Cancellation Policy

—Cancellations (or no shows) made less than 48 hours from a scheduled session will be charged the full tuition. To avoid this charge, please call in advance to reschedule a session.

Location

—Virtual, unless otherwise indicated (platforms used are whatsapp, zoom, facetime, skype)
